WHAT YOU’LL DO​ We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Expert to join the Gift Card Experience team. This high-impact role is critical in developing and deploying the tech supporting the end-to-end gift card ecosystem across all channels (store, online, external distributors), ensuring seamless integration, ongoing support, and driving an omni growth roadmap. This role requires cross functional project management skills, coupled with a positive “everything is figure-out-able!” mentality. You will join a small knowledgeable central team that is passionate about building a best-in-class program that drives revenue and brand loyalty across our brands. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth gift card operation processes. Act as the liaison between external vendors, e-commerce platforms, and internal brand teams to ensure alignment on integration requirements and operational needs. Provide hands-on support during all new integration phases, promptly resolving ad hoc issues. Investigate and resolve gift card-related incidents and defects, with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog. Research end-to-end gift card flows to support new market entries. Ensure gift card compliance with continuously evolving requirements and provide ongoing support during regulatory changes impacting gift card operations. Drive feature launches, including planning, communication, training, and post-launch analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years’ experience. Domain knowledge in any of the following areas: Gift Cards, Payment processing, financial integrations or ecommerce platforms is preferred. Experience leading cross-functional projects with teams such IT, Legal, Accounting, and Operations. Comfortable acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, including our third-party gift card processor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. And people who are...
