JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives, the Manager, Strategic Initiatives will play a critical role in the development, implementation and monitoring of new programs and strategic initiatives that support the overall growth and productivity of our advisory network. The focus of this role will be on growth initiatives and performance insights while proactively anticipating business needs and recommending new opportunities and/or enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, review and analyze data to support business case development for proposed initiatives
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of strategies including financial impact
  • Collaborate and align with stakeholders to lead delivery of high-impact initiatives
  • Accountable for project management and communication of proposed initiatives
  • Report regularly on initiatives progress, identify emerging risks and recommend mitigations
  • Develop presentations and other materials for senior leadership as required
  • Accountable for management reporting required for leadership presentations, business results, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Define, monitor and report OKRs, performance insights and recommendations to achieve strategic outcomes
  • Assist in the annual budget planning process and monthly expense variance reporting and analysis functions.
