POSITION SUMMARY:

The BI Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering actionable insights and maintaining data integrity across the Enterprise Real Estate (ERE) portfolio. The key focus will be data governance and stewardship, ensuring that key decision-makers have access to accurate, reliable, and timely information for strategic planning, operational execution, and sustainability performance. Familiarity with CRE systems such as IWMS (e.g., Tririga, Archibus), CMMS, or lease management tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI/reporting roles, preferably supporting real estate, facilities, or operations teams.
• Exposure to data stewardship, data dictionaries, or data catalog platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, APIs, and Excel-based analysis.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Demonstrated experience with data modeling, reporting automation, and metadata documentation.

• Support ad hoc data requests and decision support needs across the ERE team.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERE systems (e.g., IWMS, CMMS, lease management tools).
• Define and maintain data quality rules, validation protocols, and source-to-report mappings.
• Collaborate with data owners and platform teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and taxonomies.
• Conduct regular data audits and cleansing routines to uphold reporting reliability.
• Assist in master data management efforts and contribute to the development of data governance frameworks including yearly refresh to the Data Strategy
