Description The Sr. BI Analyst is responsible for performing data analytics that will drive improved business performance. The analyst will work on tasks and projects as requested, which will include performing data analysis; importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, or modeling data and supporting the efforts to deliver technology, process, and integration improvements. Responsible for delivering results as the market and business goals demands shift. Expected to independently lead complex report development projects while managing cross-functional groups and meeting established timelines. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: Leads team in larger report development projects, coordinating activities with business users, Data Platform team, and the larger Analytics team. Designs and creates reports to deliver timely and relevant information to the business segments. Participate in business projects that will enhance the quality of the data to be used in the visualization tool and ensure data sets utilize dimensional data wherever possible. Update dashboard data on a regular basis and perform quality checking to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with business owners to meet the needs of the end-user and collaborate with IT team to develop solutions. Establish clear lines of communication between the team and end-users to ensure quality requirements gathering and customer satisfaction. Helps develop, test, document, and support solutions to ultimately drive decisions that improve or stabilize clinical outcome, quality of care, patient safety, and financial viability of the organization. Must be willing to take charge of own learning and strengthening technical skills as required by the position. Maintain compliance with AdaptHealth’s Compliance Program. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Competency, Skills and Abilities: Strong technical skills, including the ability to leverage data systems and sources to large scale data analysis Strong and effective communication skills Ability to utilize SQL in designing and developing reports Ability to communicate/train technical analysis to non-technical users Knowledge and experience with healthcare billing, data processing and clinical software packages is preferred Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in an agile environment to follow projects through to completion is required Ability to properly handle confidential information is required Self-starter with strong initiative Team player with strong collaboration and customer focus Tableau visualization tool experience required Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college Three (3) years of related work experience in business intelligence and data warehousing technologies Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, and DevExpress preferred
