The position is located in Washington DC. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides advanced analytic support to CBP OPR through the design and delivery of data dashboards, metrics, and decision support tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of BI or data analytics experience, preferably in the Federal sector.
• Expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL/database management.
• Strong ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DHS/CBP suitability

• Develop, manage, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis in support of OPR operations.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support modernization of CBP OPR’s data systems and reporting tools.
• Prepare briefings, charts, and executive dashboards for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with CBP standards.
