Position Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Location: Hybrid (Contractor facilities & USCG, Baltimore, MD & National Capital area)

Position Overview:
The Senior BI Analyst will design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency for the Coast Guard. The analyst will modernize fragmented reporting environments by integrating data sources into scalable platforms and producing actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze USCG logistics, supply, and maintenance data to identify trends and inform operations.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions using data visualization tools.
• Partner with developers and database architects to ensure quality and accuracy of migrated data.
• Develop and enforce data governance best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to USCG personnel on analytics tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with modern analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Familiarity with federal logistics, asset management, or supply chain environments preferred.
