Graham Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to manage and optimize mission-critical database infrastructure in a hybrid cloud environment. This role involves provisioning, automation, performance tuning, and maintenance of BI databases in support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with AWS, automation tools, and modern project management platforms.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Must possess active DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Experience extracting data from heterogeneous sources and integrating across cloud/on-prem systems.
• Knowledge of data integration best practices, KPI reporting, and dashboard testing.
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Tibco WebFOCUS
• ETL development and troubleshooting
• Data warehousing, reporting platforms, and data transformation
• SQL query building and performance optimization

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with other BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
• Agile development or DevOps environment exposure.

• Apply expertise in Tibco WebFOCUS and other BI tools to support data analysis, aggregation, visualization, and reporting initiatives.
• Leverage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple heterogeneous sources.
• Design and implement ETL mappings to pull data from source systems (e.g., databases, flat files), apply transformations per business rules, and load data into target systems.
• Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient execution of ETL jobs and data workflows.
• Develop SQL queries to support data analysis, testing, and integration activities.
• Build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Perform unit and system testing on reporting applications and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs, recommend data warehousing and reporting solutions, and implement best practices.
• Work with cloud-based data warehouses or integration platforms (e.g., data integration as a service).
• Support multiple BI environments and work across a variety of system architectures and software platforms.
