Job Description- Candidate should have experience in at least 2 of the below tool sets. ETL - Informatica =================================== 5+ years of experience working with Informatica PowerCenter (especially with OBIA implementation or migration experience (for example, 7.9.x to 11g/12c).). Hands-on experience with OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence Applications), including prebuilt and custom ETL scenarios. Proficient with DAC (Data Warehouse Administration Console): configuring, managing, scheduling, and monitoring ETL execution plans. Expertise in data warehouse architecture, star/snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions, and ETL best practices. Strong SQL skills; experience with Oracle databases (writing, debugging, optimizing SQL and PL/SQL). Understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting in Informatica and DAC. Familiarity with source control, release migration, and OBIA upgrade practices. Monitor daily DAC execution plans and troubleshoot failures. Migrate ETL code and DAC configurations between environments (dev/QA/prod). OBIEE/OBIA Technical Consultant (Siebel) ===================================== 5+ years of experience working with OBIEE / OAS / OAC. Design, develop, and maintain OBIEE dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analyses based on business requirements. Implement, configure, and customize OBIA pre-built analytics modules (e.g., Sales, Service) for Siebel CRM. Map and extend OBIA logical and physical data models to fit custom business needs. Troubleshoot data, performance, and integration issues in OBIEE dashboards and OBIA ETL pipelines. Analyze and translate business requirements into technical BI solutions. Work closely with Siebel CRM technical and functional teams to map source fields and understand business processes. Perform data quality and validation activities to ensure accurate reporting from Siebel to OBIEE. Collaborate on system upgrades, patching, and migrations for OBIEE, OBIA, and Siebel integration. Support production and non-production environments, monitor jobs, and resolve incidents related to BI processes. Hands on experience with Security(Support LDAP) and troubleshooting. In-depth experience implementing and supporting OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence Applications) solutions, especially with Siebel CRM as a source. repository (RPD) development, In-depth experience implementing and supporting OBIA (Oracle Business Intelligence Applications) solutions, especially with Siebel CRM as a source. Strong experience in Oracle SQL, Procedures and troubleshooting Reporting performance SQL issues fine tuning. . Bi Publisher ======================================== 5+ Years of Experience in Oracle BI Publisher. Oracle publisher Analytics. Hands-on experience in developing Oracle BI Publisher data models, reports, and templates (RTF and Excel).Knowledge of Siebel EAI and SOAP-based integrations. Consuming and parsing WSDL/web service responses. Writing and tuning SQL queries against Siebel transactional or data warehouse schemas. Understanding of Siebel’s data model and web service framework. Ability to map Siebel business requirements to BI Publisher reporting solutions. Integrate Siebel CRM with BI Publisher, configuring data models that connect to Siebel’s transactional database and invoking Siebel web services as XML data sources. Develop data models in BI Publisher that leverage SQL queries directly against Siebel OLTP or data warehouse schemas. WSDL-based data sets using Siebel CRM web service integration for real-time or near-real-time reporting. Test and validate reports for data accuracy, performance, and layout correctness when consuming both SQL and web service data from Siebel. Experience with BI Publisher administration (user roles, security). Experience with report scheduling, bursting, Sub-templates and distribution in BI Publisher.
