Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren – GM Global Technical Center three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

You will lead the end-to-end architecture and modeling of enterprise analytics environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, future-ready data solutions. Your work will directly impact decision-making and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) :

  • Architect and model enterprise analytics environments across automotive systems , plant operations, purchasing and supply chain.
  • Design logical and physical data models integrating multiple systems to support med allion architecture .
  • Develop and maintain schemas (star, snowflake), data dictionaries, and metadata for consistency and compliance.
  • Lead modernization efforts including legacy migrations and cloud/ lakehouse adoption using platforms like Databricks.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and architectural blueprints across hybrid environments
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, purchasing and supply chain business partners to align architecture with business goals
  • Mentor team members and additional modelers ; conduct design reviews and promote technical excellence
  • Champion data governance, security, and master data management in sensitive and regulated domains
