Description

Develop technology systems that support organizational data and analytical needs. Develop processes and tools to enable access to data for analytical purposes. Prepare relevant data visualizations and craft compelling, data-driven summaries of results for presentation to business partners (in partnership with the Business Intelligence team). Strong project management capabilities, able to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize a variety of incoming requests. Demonstrated experience in sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets that link data from a variety of sources. Experience with interviewing business to gather requirements, formulate and define system scope and objectives. Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization (primarily across AIM). 5+ years of experience in Analytics, consulting, or a related data/quantitative field. B.S. in a quantitative field (e.g., comp sci, engineering, economics), advanced degree preferred. Significant experience and proficiency with BI and Data Visualization (Power BI preferred). Intermediate SQL skills, must be able to write queries as well as make data structure recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills - experience collaborating with stakeholders and senior leaders. Proficiency with Excel and advanced Excel features a plus. Experience with one or more scripting languages (Python preferred). Experience managing resources.
