DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join the Global Service Compliance (GSC) team supporting Amazon’s Project Kuiper. Amazon’s Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Business Intelligence Engineer who is out of this world excited about technology, data security, enjoys being continually challenged, and demonstrates sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Key job responsibilities
Collaborating with GSC to accomplish building a secure and connected data infrastructure to help meet the data and reporting needs for both external and internal reporting. As a senior business intelligence engineer you will be working closely with internal GSC teams to fit the various needs that reporting infrastructure will need to support across different verticals of the team to be able to build automated and dynamic reports that will support the global team. You will build and manage GSC’s global reporting infrastructure. As a senior position you will be expected to guide the team in best practices and mentor junior members of the team.
This position may be based in Bellevue, WA, or Arlington, VA. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.
