They design, develop and optimize data models, management dashboards and reports, and create meaningful ad-hoc analyses for the operational and financial management of hospital operations.
They analyze the requirements of our specialist departments and develop tailor-made business intelligence solutions in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
They integrate new source systems and continuously develop our modern data platform by implementing new data models, cubes, and data warehouse solutions.
They are jointly responsible for the maintenance, operation and continuous development of our business intelligence landscape and ensure its quality, stability and future viability.
They advise and empower our employees in the use of business intelligence tools and support them in making data-driven decisions in their daily work.

They have a university degree (university of applied sciences or university) in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
They bring at least three to five years of professional experience in the conception, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions.
You have in-depth experience in developing reporting, analysis, and dashboard solutions using common BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
Ideally, you have experience in developing data models as well as in building and further developing data warehouse solutions and modern data platforms.
They are characterized by strong analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with different stakeholder groups.
