With a strong foundation in device lifecycle management, sustainability, and circular economy principles, we are now expanding into strategic partnerships with major carriers and retailers across ANZ.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales (ideally in telco, retail, or device lifecycle industries).
  • Proven track record of winning major contracts or displacing incumbent providers.
  • Strong C-suite and procurement relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of device trade-in, buyback, insurance, or circular economy models.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-growing, scaling business.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Lead – Strategic Partnerships will spearhead our efforts to secure large-scale trade-in partnerships with telcos (e.g., Spark NZ, Optus) and retailers (e.g., JB Hi-Fi). This senior commercial role combines business development, relationship management, and strategic deal-making.
You will be the face of our organisation to C-level executives, procurement teams, and industry stakeholders. Your focus will be to position us as the preferred trade-in partner, replacing incumbent providers by demonstrating innovation, operational excellence, and sustainability.
