As we scale our operations and client base, we are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Business Manager to work alongside the leadership team and drive mission-critical projects across operations, partnerships, product, and business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management abilities.
• Resourceful, independent, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage.
