Responsibilities Drive the annual marketing planning cycle, managing consolidated calendars and rhythms to ensure cross-team workstreams align with business priorities and deliver on time. Partner with marketing leaders on Consumer growth strategy, GTM plans, and Marcom plans. Build on existing RoB strategy and lead planning, business reviews, and operational cadence. Communicate effectively with senior leaders and partner teams to ensure clarity and alignment. Lead planning and execution of marketing budget processes, headcount affordability, marketing units of production, procurement, compliance, and required training. Ensure alignment to quarterly accountability and business priorities. Define, track, and report on CMO business metrics. Partner with Business Planning and Strategy teams to build and maintain dashboards and integrate marketing scorecard metrics. Build systems and rigor around our compliance process to ensure the timely completion of all training, act as business continuity lead (BCL) to maintain service compliance, and work closely with our procurement and compliance partners to ensure a clear quarter scorecard. Standardize processes and timelines, ensure data integrity in reporting, and develop tools (e.g., dashboards, workbacks) to support planning and decision-making. Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff to EVP, providing continuity and support for executive effectiveness and RoB execution. Identify and implement tools or systems to improve team productivity (e.g., reporting automation, project tracking, AI solutions). Champion adoption across the team. Embody our culture and values. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or program management. 3+ years of experience leading budget planning processes and financial rhythms Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
