Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Operational Support professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role is crucial to driving financial accuracy, supporting business operations, and enhancing efficiency. It requires a self-motivated and confident individual with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
  • Lead monthly financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing for both client (outgoing) and contractor/sub-consultant (incoming) payments.
  • Manage annual budgets, fee projections, and associated tracking processes.
  • D365:
  • Provide expert support for the effective use of D365, ensuring accurate financial processing and forecasting.
  • Commission Oversight:
  • Conduct monthly commission reviews to evaluate performance, enhance margin, and improve commission returns.
  • Business Generation:
  • Support bid processes through commercial modelling and margin projection.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure trust and effective collaboration across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7-10 year industry experience and minimum of 3 years’ experience with D365, specifically in payments and forecasting.
  • Strong finance/accountancy background with proven expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills for financial analysis and modelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
