THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Senior Business Partner - People & Organization (P&O), you will be working with a diverse team. You will operate within a broader, collaborative business engagement team, collectively responsible for delivering high-quality people products and strategic P&O consultancy across the organization.
Your engagement will be instrumental in realizing the “People” pillar of our strategy, ensuring our employees are engaged, developed, and thriving within a high-performing culture. Your expertise will directly contribute to operational excellence and the overall success of our business, making a direct impact on our strategic goals.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Understand the overall business strategy and deliver a corresponding people strategy to support organizational development as part of a highly engaged P&O team.
  • Consult on organizational design topics and supporting leaders in owning and driving change.
  • Provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development, and autonomously consult, inspire, and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics.
  • Manage P&O projects, working cross-functionally to leverage resources and best practices to foster a business culture that champions our values and continues to improve the level of diversity and inclusion.
  • Actively work with people KPIs and our employee survey as a steering tool to maintain and strengthen the health of our business units by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit leaders to continuously raise the bar in leadership capability and diversity.
  • Partner with people teams across HR to provide frameworks for enabling leaders on key people topics.
