Job Description This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership development, and a culture of high performance, inclusion and compliance. You will role work closely with the Superintendent – People & Culture in providing strategic partnership and operational leadership across all aspects of the employee lifecycle by aligning people and culture initiatives with business objectives including: HR operational oversight and talent development including the day-to-day supervision of HR service delivery and systems of Didipio and Makati, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and responsiveness to workforce needs Providing advanced and specialized advice and support on HR operational needs and talent learning & development Manage employee grievances, maintaining industrial harmony, and supporting management in union engagement and collective bargaining processes by the consistent application of labor laws, company policies, and values in handling workplace concerns, while promoting a respectful, safe, and productive work environment across the operation. Guide leaders and teams through organizational transformation, restructuring, and cultural shifts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or business partner capacity Strong background in organizational culture, leadership development, and strategic HR delivery Deep knowledge of employment law, HR strategy, employee lifecycle, and performance management Familiarity with culture transformation, leadership theory, and change management principles Strategic thinking and commercial HR acumen Strong coaching, facilitation, and consulting skills Conflict resolution and employee relations handling Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex people challenges Industry experience in large, complex, or operational environments (e.g., mining, infrastructure, healthcare, tech) You must be based in Makati, it is a requirement to be in the office and travel to the Didipio mine site regularly.
