We’re looking for a Senior Business Partner to join our team in, Poeldijk, Netherlands. A strategic advisor who works closely with various business units to provide financial expertise, drive strategic decision-making, and improve financial performance. The role moves beyond traditional accounting by using data analysis to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence the business toward achieving its goal. Responsibilities include: Drive impactful decision-making through the development of customer, costing, and financial models. Deliver insightful analysis by maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial models with clear cost visibility. Partner with the operations team to determine the optimal product and customer mix for the business. Lead detailed variance analysis comparing actuals, budgets, forecasts, and prior years. Support key business decisions by providing expert financial guidance and insight. Monitor spending, track performance, and champion cost-saving and efficiency initiatives. Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Strengthen financial systems and lead ERP implementation to enhance data integration and performance. Mentor and develop finance professionals, fostering growth and capability within the team. Collaborate across functions to align financial strategy with business goals and drive transformation projects. Experience we look for: Essential Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent. Experience in senior finance roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing businesses. Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle). Fluency in both Dutch and English. Ability to influence at senior levels. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards. Desirable Experience in FMCG or complex international supply chain environments.
