The Business Process Analyst is a pivotal member of our Operational Excellence (OpEx) team and serves as the in-house consultant for process improvement. This role is designed to sustain and advance our automation and AI initiatives, blending strategic oversight with hands-on expertise in Business Process Management (BPM). The successful candidate will review, design, and enhance our business processes by identifying automation opportunities, leading RPA/scripting projects, and leveraging data analytics tools such as Databricks to generate actionable insights. Additionally, this role is responsible for cultivating an adaptive workforce through coaching and training on platforms like Jira and dashboard data interpretation, all while tracking the return on investment (ROI) and maintaining our “AI road map.”
