Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration: Forge strategic partnerships with business stakeholders and technology teams to lead process improvement and project initiatives.
  • Business Requirements: Facilitate and document requirements capture sessions to gain a thorough understanding of the current state business processes, the problems, and the opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Process Mapping: Facilitate clear definition and communication of “as-is” and “future state” business processes by leveraging Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and features.
  • Communication and Documentation: Distill complex problems and ideas into clear and concise documentation that can be effectively articulated to business stakeholders, peers, and leadership.
  • Expertise Development: Establish yourself as the go-to functional expert for critical business systems.
