Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Process Consultant with a deep specialization in Digital Banking. This is a key strategic role where you will act as the bridge between business objectives and technology implementation for our banking clients. You will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing core banking processes to enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable digital innovation. Your responsibilities will entail: Lead and facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders to analyze and map existing "as-is" business processes in areas such as customer onboarding, loan origination, payments, and wealth management; Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through process re-engineering, automation, and digitalization; Design innovative and efficient "to-be" processes that align with the client's digital strategy and leverage modern banking technologies; Develop comprehensive business cases, process flow diagrams (using BPMN or similar notations), and detailed business requirements; Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical and development teams; Serve as a subject matter expert on digital banking best practices, advising clients on market trends and competitive solutions; Collaborate closely with project managers, IT architects, and change management teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new processes; Measure and report on the impact of process improvements, demonstrating value through key performance indicators (KPIs); Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role; Industry Expertise: Mandatory, in-depth experience within the Financial Services or Banking industry, with a strong, demonstrable focus on Digital Banking transformation projects; Process Methodologies: Strong proficiency in business process modeling and analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, Lean); Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of core banking products, operations, and the challenges of digital disruption in the financial sector; Location: Must be a resident of and legally eligible to work in Luxembourg; Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders; Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in French and/or German is a significant advantage; Work Ethic: Highly autonomous, disciplined, and proactive, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a remote work environment.
