Ondaro is seeking a high-performing ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (HRSD) who can lead confidently, collaborate effectively, and elevate the right team member when needed. What you’ll be doing: Facilitate customer workshops to identify HR service delivery challenges, define functional requirements, and design optimized HR processes Produce, present, and advise on findings and recommendations to HR and IT stakeholders Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional solution designs for HRSD Ensure alignment of client and project team expectations across scope, timelines, and outcomes Provide strategic impact and advisory services within your domain of expertise; act as a ServiceNow product and solution advocate Design and implement HR service delivery processes aligned to best practices (e.g., employee case management, onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle events) Configure and optimize HRSD capabilities (HR Case and Case Assignmen, Employee Service Center Pro / Portal experience and content management, Knowledge management and content strategy, HR service catalog and request fulfillment, HR workflows and automations) Evaluate new ServiceNow features and deliver impact analysis and recommendations Support and coordinate releases, upgrades, and deployments (including deployment planning and release readiness) Review and refine designs for usability; develop and refine testing scenarios and test cases to ensure solution quality Facilitate UAT sessions and develop UAT plans/materials; partner with users to validate expected results Plan, develop, and deliver client training and enablement for HR users, HR agents, and administrators Support overall project plans by contributing to analysis of deliverables, problem analysis, and resolution at functional and strategic levels Define objectives for team members; lead and delegate to solve problems Provide quality assurance of deliverables and methodology to ensure consistency of approach, experience, and outcomes Participate in product roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives What you’ll bring to the table: Recognized as a subject matter expert within a specific business function 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform (HRSD experience strongly preferred) 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or consulting role 7+ years of business functional experience within your domain of expertise (HR, HR operations, shared services, employee experience, or related) 7+ years of professional IT experience Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools Experience leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms Ability to operate independently with strong judgment and accountability Influences best practices within the discipline and shares knowledge proactively Collaborates effectively across functions and builds trusted relationships with stakeholders Perks? Note: Base salary range is $130,000-$155,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Responsibilities
