Your Role as an Senior Business Recruiter You will own and drive Business hiring across several of our European markets, partnering closely with senior leaders. This role is built for someone who combines strong business recruiting craft with a systems mindset: you don’t just fill roles - you improve how hiring works. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of critical hires while contributing to repeatable ways of working (playbooks, interview kits, dashboards, and smart automation) that raise the bar for quality and speed. Your responsibilities will include: Own and deliver hiring outcomes for a Business portfolio across France, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands (with occasional hiring in other markets) Recruit across key business domains such as Finance, Revenue/Commercial Ops, Banking & Compliance (and selected People & Culture roles depending on portfolio needs) Partner with senior stakeholders (VP/Heads/Senior leaders) to translate business needs into clear requirements, aligned hiring plans, and consistent decision-making Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand specialist profiles through market mapping, outreach testing, referrals and talent pools Use recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and run focused experiments that improve conversion, speed, and quality over time Drive structured and fair evaluation practices (scorecards, consistent interview plans, evidence-based debriefs) while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience Strengthen tooling discipline and reporting reliability (stages, disposition reasons, source tracking) to enable proactive funnel steering Bring a modern approach to recruiting efficiency through responsible use of automation and AI (measured impact, clear guardrails) 📍 Job located in Copenhagen, Berlin or Paris with possibility of two remote working days per week ✈️ Occasional travel (around once per month) may be required. About you You have significant experience recruiting in Business/G&A functions in competitive markets - especially in Finance and/or Compliance/Risk and/or Revenue Operations You’re confident partnering with senior stakeholders and can challenge constructively while building trust and momentum You are numbers-driven: you use funnel data in your day-to-day work to prioritise, spot bottlenecks, and improve outcomes You are highly skilled in sourcing: market mapping, outreach strategy, messaging iterations, and talent pool building are second nature You care deeply about hiring quality and fairness and know how to run structured, consistent interviews at speed You thrive in dynamic environments and can stay calm and effective during peak hiring periods You are fluent in English and speak at least one additional language (Danish preferred; French or Spanish are strong alternatives; German is a plus) Our recruitment process 1️⃣ A 60' first call with Daniel (Head of Talent Acquisition) to discuss your past experiences and the role we are offering. 2️⃣ A 45' interview with Kerstin (SVP People Experience) to get to know you better and share more about Shine. 3️⃣ A 90' business case presentation to highlight your skills and give you a hands-on feel for the role. 4️⃣ A 45' interview with Senior Business Stakeholder to get to know how you work with senior Stakeholders. 5️⃣ A final personality & logical assessment to understand how you think and how you structure your work.
