We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Relationship Manager to help shape the future in our Tech Hub team at PwC.
IT & Business Relationship Management focuses on aligning IT services with business needs and fostering strong relationships between IT and business units.
As a Senior Business Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between IT and the business. Your role involves ensuring that IT services and solutions effectively meet business needs and support seamless collaboration. You will prioritize initiatives based on value, building effective relationships with business stakeholders to form partnerships that drive mutual success.

  • Leading the development and implementation of demand management strategies to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives, constructively challenging requests to maximize resource use and business value
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and priorities technology initiatives that drive business value
  • Developing and maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing partnerships that drive Tech Hub’s and business units’ mutual success
  • Managing a team of Business Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
  • Managing the demand for IT services in line with digital strategy
  • Understanding business strategies and objectives, and align IT services to support them
  • Identifying opportunities for the business to optimise technology solutions
  • Overseeing the optimisation of product costs through effective resource allocation and process improvements
  • Facilitating breaking down barriers between IT and business units to enable fast, efficient and secure operations enhancing seamless collaboration
  • Ensuring aligned communication of Tech Hub initiatives to the business, delivering clarity and coherence in all interactions
