OVERVIEW
The Senior Business Partner, First Line Risk is a senior operational role responsible for overseeing day-to-day risk activities and embedding resilience across business units. Working closely with department heads and frontline teams, you’ll ensure risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively within the Board’s risk appetite.
As a key point of contact for First Line Risk matters, you’ll provide hands-on support to uplift risk capability, ensure compliance with frameworks and policies, and drive consistent application of risk controls. Leading a small team of Business Risk Partners, you’ll support the Client First Operating Model delivery teams while directly partnering with client delivery teams to demonstrate engagement cadence and drive down risk, impacting client outcomes with guidance from the Senior Manager, First Line Risk.
