Job Description

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior BSA who is passionate about Logistics and specifically understands Customs related processes for our PVH Europe Warehouse and Order to Cash domain. This dynamic domain is elemental to PVH, drives our business forward, and directly contributes to daily warehouse operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring correct customs specifications are implemented and maintained regularly within PVH IT systems and that it integrates with NL customs rules seamlessly. You should also have a clear understanding of bonded warehouse specifications and its application for PVH Europe.
Secondly you will also be working on Logistics projects and provide operational support who can act as IT counterpart for Warehouse and cross-functional teams like finance and P2P.
The role has diverse functions and may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues, work with global/cross-functional teams and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing stakeholder engagement with regular reporting. Your main tasks, however, include customs processes and operational stability within Logistics area and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful you should demonstrate strong leadership, teamworking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

In general, the responsibilities cover a wide range of applications including but not limited to:

  • Analyze proactively processes and systems to identify areas of improvements
  • Within the multi platforms projects and change requests, be responsible for the design of the SAP Logistics and OTC relevant processes flows such as:
  • Replenishment via Stock Transfer Orders and to the Picking floor
  • Customs declarations and bonded warehouse operations
  • Cross Docking
  • Vendor and Customer Returns Management
  • Wholesale, Retail and Omni channel specific business requirements
  • Integration with 3rd Party systems to improve internal stock movements
  • Provide expertise in analyzing new business requirements while assessing impact and striving for the most adequate and optimum solutions
  • Help business in determining technical solutions in SAP systems
  • Write functional specifications, unit test and support business UAT
  • Provide support before, during and after Go Live to the key user community
  • Guide/train first level support
  • Act as trusted advisor directly to EMEA business units on all matters of Order to Cash and Dutch Customs needs on solution architecture, technology, software development, and project delivery.
  • Act as the project lead for EMEA business for planning and navigate these requests through IT PMO process including ARB and PRB
  • Understand and predict emerging technology, service and functionality trends as well as comprehend market adoption of emerging service and business models for areas in supply chain and planning
  • Define and manage IT requirements for top down planning, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with architecture, platform and portfolio teams to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions.
