Job Summary The Senior Business Analyst will lead the analysis and translation of business needs into effective technology solutions that support Tarshid’s strategic objectives. This role demands strong engagement with senior stakeholders, deep understanding of energy efficiency services, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications. The analyst will drive strategic requirements gathering, ensure alignment between IT and business initiatives, and deliver measurable business value through optimized processes and validated solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Tarshid’s internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, processes, and systems. Conduct detailed as-is / to-be analysis, gap assessments, and feasibility studies to inform solution design, especially within Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.). Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and vendor teams. Ensure requirements traceability from business need to solution delivery, particularly within Oracle Fusion environments. Support IT and business projects by aligning Tarshid’s goals with technology solutions. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple divisions. Prepare business cases, process models, and user stories to guide solution delivery. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, Oracle consultants, and project managers to ensure successful execution. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validating that delivered solutions meet business and functional requirements. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and gaps to ensure solution quality and business satisfaction. Provide quality assurance reviews of requirements and deliverables. Ensure business requirements comply with Tarshid’s corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Document and maintain standardized BA methodologies, templates, and best practices. Recommend improvements and automation opportunities in business processes, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, building strong relationships across departments and external partners. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for executive stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Quality and clarity of business requirement documentation. - % of projects delivered with requirements fully met. - Stakeholder satisfaction with BA deliverables. - Reduction in requirement-related changes/rework. - Adoption rate and business value realized from delivered solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the energy efficiency or government sector. Proven expertise in requirements management, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.). Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as MS Visio, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent. Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Prior experience working with or within Tarshid or similar organizations is highly desirable.
