Role Highlights Translate vision into strategic roadmaps, OKRs, and business priorities. Own business metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions. Lead special projects and expansion plays that push boundaries. Partnering across functions to ensure alignment and performance. Work directly with the founders and leadership to shape Luxehouze’s future. What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of proven leadership experience, with a strong record of promotions and progression. Track record in scaling businesses, leading strategy, or driving major initiatives. Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or leading roles in top startups/MNCs/retail. Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical mindset. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across levels. Solid in data, financial modeling, strategy, and execution. Degree from a top-tier university (locally or internationally). Passion for the luxury industry is a big plus. Why Join Us? You won’t just advise.
