Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements, including BRD/BRA documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements.
• Create User Stories and acceptance criteria within Agile environments.
• Produce functional documentation such as FRDs, SRS/SRA documents where required.
• Assess the impact of changes across multiple systems, applications and integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and QA teams to clarify and validate requirements.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood, documented and agreed before development.
• Support functional testing, SIT and UAT activities.
• Assist with test planning, test cases, defect clarification and validation where required.

• Strong experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specifications, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of system and application dependencies and impact analysis.
• Experience working across complex application environments.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience supporting functional testing, SIT or UAT.
• Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience.
• DesirableSQL and data analysis experience.
• Experience working with data models and system integrations.
