• Telecommunication: 4 years (required)
• BSA: 7 years (required

• 10+ Years of Experience in BSA Role
• Manage Solutions across all the teams
• Organize meetings to discuss solution, cutover plan, issues and resolutions.
• Work with various teams to facilitate discussion/meeting.
• Document meetings’ decisions, actions.
• Telecom experience is a must
• Coordination with Rogers stakeholders on the requirements.
• Participate in SDLC, contribute to various documentation and in-take process if applicable.
• Participate in testing/troubleshooting calls
• Coordinate, review HLD, obtain timely sign off from stakeholders.
• Coordination with product owner and development team for user stories to be prioritized for development.
• Working with project manager to ensure the project timelines are met.
• Working with QA team to ensure test plan is signed off and testing is completed on time.
• Working with third parties and review of documents and sign off from Rogers stakeholders.
