MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. OR Nine (9) years, if substituting Bachelor’s degree for additional qualifying experience.
Possess (a) a bachelor’s degree. OR Additional qualifying experience (of MQ #1 above) may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
