Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst is accountable for delivering quality, comprehensive systems design, business requirements and business cases to the IT organization that will help to improve business efficiency and productivity once implemented.
Candidate will work in a corporate environment collaborating with managers and staff and should have a good understanding of core distribution processes such as: Finance setups and processes, Sales orders to cash, procurement to payables processes, and working knowledge WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) in a distribution environment is helpful. Systems used, but not limited to: ERP- JD Edwards, WMS – JDA/BlueYonder.
Reports To: Business Analysis Manager
Note: This position will be a hybrid role. 3 days in the office, 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

  • Two-year college required or applicable trade school or commensurate work experience, four-year college preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of systems design and test experience with some related leadership experience.
  • Experience working in core distribution business processes such as: Sales to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounting (AP/AR), and Warehouse Management
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to configure and test with the users.
  • Good to excellent verbal and written communications skills.
