Our team supports all areas of the business, including employee growth, product development, sales and services, mergers & acquisitions, data privacy and compliance, and more! To drive growth and innovation, we are looking for a curious and proactive operations professional who is passionate about achieving operational excellence within our Legal Operations team.
A primary responsibility of the team as we support HubSpot through this period of growth is to drive a technology roadmap that solves for our most critical scaling pain points. - Become the SME on a few specific systems: fully understand the business use case, challenges, and systems configuration as well as how it fits into our broader systems landscape.
- Lead efforts in integrating various systems and platforms to enhance interoperability and streamline operations.
- Scope, implement and scale best in class legal technologies
- Enable data driven insights by making data more accessible, developing and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Show your impact with clear metrics and results derived from work you’ve done to build a self-service culture around automation and enablement
