Description

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of systems or applications experience in a supply chain planning or operations role. Working knowledge of core business processes. Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and proactive problem solving (e.g., Lean Business Process or related methodologies). Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to establish credibility with stakeholders. Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and commitment to execution. Experience with SAP, MES, or Windchill systems. Prior project experience, with demonstrated adaptability and ability to perform effectively in fast-changing environments.
