ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Technology team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, POS based in Miami, FL. The Senior Business Analyst, POS is responsible for facilitating requirements gathering workshops, writing and refining business requirements, documenting functional requirements and developing and refining user stories, product backlog items, acceptance criteria, test plans, etc. for Subway’s global Point of Sale platform used across 51 countries and 30,000+ restaurants. The Senior Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders, other business analysts and end users to elicit and document feedback, and regularly communicates with the product owner(s), scrum master(s) and product developers throughout the software development lifecycle. They should be a great communicator, have strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills as well as have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
