Description

RESPONSIBILITY: * Liaise among users, IT units, vendors to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented * Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, including but not limited to requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout and maintenance * Provide support to business REQUIREMENT: * Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines * 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or support * Experience with precious metal, FX and/or derivatives products * Experience in interacting directly with Front, Middle and Back Office groups * Strong analytical and report-writing skills * Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills * Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Putonghua is a plus. * Experience with Murex system is a plus

Responsibilities

The role involves liaising between users, IT units, and vendors to define and implement business requirements. It also includes managing the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production rollout and providing ongoing business support.
