Description

Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and implement IT projects for Investment Products and Wealth Management * Manage end-to-end project processes, including documentation, progress tracking, status reporting, and effective escalation * Collaborate with users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, and testing * Monitor project progress and communicate key milestones and issues to the project team * Identify project dependencies and potential risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and mitigate risks * Troubleshoot technical problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with developers or external parties to resolve complex issues * Liaise and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in Application Development * Prior experience with investment products or wealth management or sales process is advantageous * Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing business needs * Strong command of Chinese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage * Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Technology Manager
