POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Buyer is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities to ensure a consistent flow of quality raw materials, lab supplies, goods, and services needed for operations. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and supplier management with a strong focus on cost savings, quality assurance, compliance, and timely delivery. The role is critical in supporting production continuity while optimizing value and maintaining adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in procurement analytics, cost modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
