WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for a witty and creative buyer with a passion for brand-building and a strong instinct for value. You combine commercial savviness, sharp negotiation skills, with emotional intelligence—able to influence and navigate both internal dynamics and external partnerships with ease.
You’re someone who understands the intangibles: creativity, storytelling, cultural relevance—and how they translate into brand success. You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and decisions evolve.
Agile, proactive, and opportunity-driven, you know how to cut through complexity and get things done. Your energy is infectious, and your ability to connect makes you a natural extension of both the Procurement and Marketing teams.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) in the area of business, management, marketing, economics, finance, accounting, or politics (conditional on strong quantitative skills)
  • It is a senior buying role; therefore, solid experience in commercial areas and negotiation is required; service-related buying & selling, and closing deals for international companies that have a strong consumer focus is a must.
  • Understanding of marketing, branding, creative production, and agency management
  • You love data, technology, building business cases, keeping things organized, and using insights to make your decisions
  • Experience with procurement & financial digital tools: COUPA, SAP, ARIBA
  • Proactive and driven mindset, always curious to find more and continuously improve
  • Team player, open-minded and international outlook, able to adopt the company culture and to build relationships with colleagues & suppliers spread over Europe and MEA+
  • Excellent written, spoken language, and presentation skills in English (+ for other languages) and ability to work in a multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
  • CIPS or equivalent is a plus

The Marketing Procurement team is agile, experienced, and deeply embedded within our business. We work closely with marketing, brand, and creative teams to deliver bold campaigns, immersive experiences, and the brand storytelling that shapes Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger globally. Marketing & Brand is a key strategic pillar for PVH, driving our identity as a leading fashion company. From bold campaigns and high-impact brand events to immersive store experiences and innovative design, this role sits at the heart of how we engage and inspire consumers. As Senior Buyer – Marketing & Brand Services, you’ll source the unseen: from runway spectacles to multimedia campaigns—making an impact that reaches millions, procuring a wide range of services that bring our brand vision to life. From strategic partnerships to creative execution, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver the iconic marketing moments that define Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein worldwide.

This is a highly diverse role—ideal for someone curious, adaptable, and a true generalist. You’ll be responsible for procuring a broad mix of services, including:

  • Ambassador & Influencer Talent-led campaigns.
  • Global events (e.g., runway shows).
  • Creative productions (photo & video).
  • Brand strategy and consumer insights.
  • Public relations and media partnerships.

You’ll act as a central point of contact between multiple stakeholders—internal teams, agencies, and external partners—ensuring smooth execution and optimal value for money, driving stronger business cases for marketing investments, as you support the organization in understanding the return on investment (ROI) and ensuring strategic alignment and transparency in decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic Sourcing

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing for complex and high-profile marketing projects.
  • Ensure alignment with brand goals and procurement strategies.
  • Develop category plans and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and brand teams.
  • Bridge finance and marketing, helping business partners make informed investment decisions.
  • Build a strong internal network and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Commercial Insight & Operational Excellence

  • Use commercial insights and data to challenge assumptions and guide decisions.
  • Drive cost transparency, budget accountability, and process optimization.
  • Contribute to business case development and post-campaign evaluation.
