As we grow, we are looking for a Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving cost-effective procurement strategies across multiple developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Buyer or Senior Buyer role within construction or property development
• Proven track record in residential and/or commercial project procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with procurement systems and supply chain management tools
• CIPS qualification (desirable)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Results-driven with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

THE ROLE

As a Senior Buyer based in Maynooth Head Office, you’ll take ownership of procurement activities from initial tendering through to delivery, ensuring materials and services are sourced to the highest standards—on time and within budget. This is a pivotal role requiring strong commercial acumen, supplier management experience, and a passion for efficient project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead procurement for residential and commercial projects, ensuring value, quality, and compliance
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and supply agreements with vendors and subcontractors
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to support our growth pipeline
• Collaborate with design, commercial, and site teams to align procurement with project specifications
• Track material deliveries, manage lead times, and mitigate supply chain risks
• Monitor market trends, materials pricing, and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
