A. WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN: You will manage critical HR operations that ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll, tax, and insurance processes. You will own HR contracts and documentation that must be well‑negotiated, cost‑efficient, and audit‑ready. You will build HR reporting and dashboards that provide reliable insights for leadership decision-making. You will be the guardian of regulatory compliance across the full employee lifecycle. You will have high autonomy and impact, shaping best‑practice HR systems that support business growth. B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Labor Contracts & Regulatory Compliance Lead end-to-end management of HR contracts (negotiation, execution, renewal/termination, compliance). Maintain updated, legally compliant contract templates and labor documentation. Ensure relevant HR systems/practices 100% compliant with Vietnam labor laws and other relevant jurisdictions. Maintain a secure, complete, confidential repository of all HR-related contracts. 2. Payroll Management Prepare monthly payroll and pay slips accurately and on schedule. Ensure payroll aligns with contracts, internal policies, and Vietnam regulations. Coordinate with stakeholders to meet payroll deadlines. Process final payroll and full settlement for departing employees. 3. PIT (Personal Income Tax) Compliance Ensure timely, accurate submission of payroll-related tax reports. Lead annual PIT finalization and support employees with PIT matters. Register PIT codes and dependent declarations; issue PIT receipts as needed. Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure timely implementation. 4. Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance (SI, HI, UI) Manage registration, reporting, and compliance with SI/HI/UI regulations. Ensure timely processing of SI books for departing employees. Track regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly. 5. HR Database & Reporting Maintain an accurate, up-to-date HR database. Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards (headcount, retention, tenure, etc.) with high data accuracy and insight. 6. Other HR Responsibilities Maintain and register Internal Labour Rules; ensure full employee compliance. Coordinate work permits and residence procedures for expatriates. Handle notarization for labor-related documents. Support employee requests regarding confirmation letters and onboarding/offboarding documentation. Perform additional HR tasks as assigned by Line Manager. C. KEY REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Total Rewards / HR Operations, including: Compensation management Payroll, PIT, SI/HI/UI administration, work permit HR contract negotiation HR database & reporting Labor relations and government liaison - Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. - Fluent in English across all four skills. - Personality: Detail‑oriented and highly analytical: high attention to detail, analytical and systematical thinking, accuracy and consistency in execution. Effective communicator and strong negotiator: has high EQ, listens well, asks thoughtful questions, and negotiates effectively.
