We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Developer to join our Post-Trade Technology team. This role is critical in building scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems to support post-trade processing in a fast-paced financial environment. You will lead the development of event-driven microservices, working with cloud-native technologies.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:

• 8+ years of professional development experience in enterprise environments, with deep focus on C# and .NET Core.
• Proven track record building distributed, service-oriented systems for high-performance environments (preferably trading or post-trade).

• Engineer at Scale: Design and develop high-throughput, multi-threaded trade processing systems that handle millions of transactions daily.
• Own the Stack: Take end-to-end ownership of trade lifecycle systems-from design and implementation to monitoring and support.
• Drive Innovation: Continuously improve performance, fault tolerance, and latency in mission-critical post-trade services.
• Make Decisions: Operate with autonomy, making impactful decisions while managing risk across distributed systems.
• Collaborate Globally: Work across time zones with engineering teams in the UK, US, and APAC to deliver resilient, scalable solutions.
• Balance Speed and Quality: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing hands-on development with second-line support when needed.
