An exciting opportunity to work on large-scale video delivery infrastructure used by a significant global audience. You’ll be working on technically challenging distributed systems where performance, scalability and reliability are critical, with modern C++ at the core.

This is a hands-on engineering role with genuine ownership across development, optimisation and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems
• Build and optimise distributed CDN/edge infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
• Work with data pipelines and backend services
• Collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams
• Contribute to technical design and mentor other engineers
• Use AI tooling and workflows to improve development efficiency

Requirements

• Strong modern C++ experience
• Background in high-load, distributed Linux/Unix systems
• Commercial experience with CDNs or large-scale content delivery
• Strong production troubleshooting and performance optimisation skills
