Our building and construction economics skills are well represented on several high profile projects. Some examples like Jewel Changi Airport mixed-use development at Changi Airport that will feature leisure, retail, hotel and airport operations facilities as well as Star Vista, the iconic civic, cultural, retail and entertainment complex. Our engineers provided mechanical and electrical design and project managed building services works.
We are also the client’s building services engineer for the Mapletree Business City II, a business park covering 125,000sqm and comprising three blocks of podium and one block of a 30-storey tower.
You will be part of a dynamic team, working together within multi-disciplinary team to ensure the development of the business and its members.
This role is office based however there will be a requirement to undertake site visits and attend client meetings.

The role is expected to:

• Carrying out structural design for foundation, steelwork and RC structures.
• Provide design sketches and reports for schematic, detailed design development and constructions phases of projects.
• Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis for statutory submission.
• Preparation of structural briefing, specification documents and tender documents.
• Attending technical / progress meeting with clients and carry out periodic site inspections during construction.
