Haul All Industries, a leading agricultural trailer manufacturer, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced CAD designer to join our dynamic team in our office (part time remote work may be available, but in office required). Position: Senior CAD Designer (in-house)
Location: Rosenort, MB
Responsibilities:
1. Design new products.
2. Create detailed manufacturing drawings.
3. Collaborate with the CAD and sales teams to develop and execute effective drawings for concept purposes.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
5. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience with CAD (proficiency with SolidWorks is an asset)
2. Proven CAD experience in the agricultural industry or related field.
3. Strong understanding of agricultural equipment, particularly trailers, and their applications.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Ability to manage tasks with differing timelines.
7. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional drafting/design with SolidWorks, and/or manufacturing experience.
2. Knowledge of various steel manufacturing processes.
3. Experience in structural design and analysis.
4. Ability to help guide the production team in the fabrication shop.
