Key Accountabilities Present vehicle calibration and establish vehicle calibration Plan Execute High-MU and Low-MU calibration of AWD Ensure customer deliverables and timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization Work with BW Engineering groups to ensure products conform to requirements Participate in customer product design team meetings Maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met Support system specification based on customer requirements Track open issues and resolve Demonstrate new technology Communicate additional needs as required Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and /or Vehicle Engineering preferred) Minimum of 5 years related calibration experience (required) , familiar with High-MU and Low-MU, off-road.
