Description

As a member of the Demand Generation team, the Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for pipeline generation, integrated campaign strategy, project management, and empowering the team to execute. This role will work cross-functionally with product marketing, the sales organization, and the Workiva ecosystem to design campaigns that deliver on shared objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven and thoroughly understands how digital and offline channels and tactics align with each stage of the buyer’s journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate success in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing programs with assigned revenue targets
  • Partner with the account based marketing team to develop and activate campaigns against target accounts and subsequent buying groups
  • Forecast and meet pipeline goals for new and existing businesses by establishing and tracking program KPIs. Partner with the analytics and program teams to measure program efficacy and adjust/optimize campaigns using data-based insights
  • Spearhead cross-functional collaboration gathering inputs and insights from product marketing, digital, marketing operations, and content to inform the marketing plan and delivery of associated tactical work
  • Integrate corporate marketing calendar of campaigns, programs, and events to ensure operational alignment and efficiency
  • Oversee the effort to coordinate, scope, and identify resources needed to execute full funnel marketing programs to drive awareness, generate conversions, and create a pipeline
  • Manage campaign budget and ensure proper return on investment (ROI) to deliver on goals
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and the broader sales organization to ensure proper alignment and follow up on campaign activities

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation and account-based marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) tech marketing, with a preference for Software as a Service (SaaS) expertise
  • Consistent track record of launching and managing goal-achieving marketing campaigns using channels such as SEM/SEO, social, 3rd party advertising, field events, webinars, email, social, and more
  • Self-starter who can plan (think) and execute (do) in a fast-paced environment working with global teams
  • Strong communication skills to articulate and present plans to leadership, sales and stakeholder groups
  • Expertise in understanding and interpreting data, and ability to make recommendations and informed decisions from that data
  • Comfortable managing multiple assignments across shared services with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and 6sense, highly preferred

Travel & Working Requirements

  • Up to 30% travel
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
