Responsibilities

WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS

As Senior Campaigns and Programs Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our brand’s future. This is a combined strategic and hands-on role, giving you the opportunity to directly influence how we tell our story, both internally and externally. Your contribution will be key in strengthening our presence in existing markets as well as our growth in new markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Planning (25-30%): Developing and implementing a comprehensive Program strategy with specific campaigns targeting our focus markets, target audiences, and new go-to-markets.
  • Campaign & Programs (50%):
  • Developing scalable programs that build our brand awareness and establishes us as a thought leader in both existing and new markets.
  • Producing various campaigns that resonate with our target audience and fosters engagement across various channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that all campaigns align with our business objectives and sales targets.
  • Performance Analysis (20-25%): Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the campaign strategy, and improve engagement and conversions rates.
