Tracelink is in search of Senior Candidate Experience Associate with a strong work ethic, who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, a positive demeanor, and has very good attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling numerous projects at the same time while keeping track of all the pieces. We are looking for someone who is sharp, motivated, and strives to exceed expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience providing Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources support a plus
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and/or Google tools, with emphasis on MS Outlook Calendar and/or Google Calendar function
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion and work well under pressure
• Demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to provide support to global clients
• Comfortable handling confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion
• Experience working with Zoom or other video conferencing software
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Recruiting ATS systems highly desired
• Experience with University Relations and/or Internship Programs a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Providing Talent Acquisition Team with day-to-day support, including, but not limited to:
• Scheduling Domestic and International phone, video, and on-site interviews using MS Outlook Calendar, Google Calendar, Zoom and other video conferencing tools as required
• Ensuring candidates connect with assigned interviewers
• Sending out, collecting, and properly storing all employment related forms and documents
• Arranging candidate travel, plus gathering and submitting candidate expenses
• Initiating background checks
• Creating and delivering US offer letters and international employment contracts to candidates
• Updating candidate status regarding all parts of the staffing lifecycle: paperwork, interviews, next steps, etc.
• Creating and updating TraceLink’s Social and Professional Networking presence on LinkedIn, Glass Door, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Assisting with updates to our Career Page as needed
• Supporting various Talent Acquisition projects for things such as AI Initiatives, Employment Branding Videos, Operating Principles Videos, Photography, etc.
• Tracking Employee Referrals, sending out related corporate-wide communications and supporting associated contests and spiff programs
• Assisting with job postings via our online Applicant Tracking System and other job boards
• Adhering to recruiting and onboarding processes
• Assisting with scheduling training and education events
• Helping to organize and oversee the Intern Program
• Ensuring data accuracy in the Recruiting ATS system and holding team members accountable
• Coordinating University Career Events
